Wood working tip:
Sanding a wood surface is a task simplified by sketching light pencil lines over the surface of the wood before sanding it. The remaining area becomes apparent by the pencil marks remaining on the wood. How does one know when to switch to a finer grit of sand paper? As the pencil lines become lighter, the grit of sand paper used should be finer.
